Connecting an ONVIF camera to Xeoma Video Surveillance app using a Raspberry PI 4. 

This is my first project using the Raspberry PI 4.

After suffering a lot of disconnections with the ONVIF camera I have now connected the camera using a LAN cable. I suspect outside the house the WiFi signal is not that strong. The connection is now 100% and had no dropouts.
I have found an app to help with the ONVIF setup "ONVIF Device Manager" but it does not seem to work as it should. Tried this app using Windows 10
Tried many menu items which mostly fail....This one "Time settings" fails.
